As Q-Sourcing Servtec Group celebrates 20 years, we at TASC are proud to join the wider QSS family in marking a significant journey of growth, resilience and impact. The anniversary celebration brought together colleagues, partners and friends from across the Group to reflect on how far QSS has come and recognise the people and ideas shaping its next chapter.
One of the key highlights was the launch of Q-Ademy, an important step in the Group’s continued investment in learning, skills development and future-ready talent.
The celebration also recognised employees who consistently bring the Group’s values to life. We were especially proud to see our own Lorna Akot receive an award for upholding the value of integrity through her work. Her recognition reflects the professionalism, honesty and responsibility that continue to guide how we serve our clients and colleagues.

The occasion also carried a deeply meaningful moment as a posthumous award was presented in honour of TASC’s departed former Head of Business, Eng. Simon Peter Sekitolekko. His contribution to the business and the wider Group remains part of the journey we celebrate today.

For TASC, being part of the QSS story means contributing to a larger vision: creating opportunities, strengthening workforce solutions and helping organisations operate more effectively.
From its beginnings in Uganda to its growth across East Africa, Q-Sourcing Servtec Group has demonstrated what can be achieved through strong leadership, consistent execution and a lasting commitment to people.
Congratulations to Q-Sourcing Servtec Group on 20 years of progress, partnership and impact. We are proud to have been part of the journey and look forward to contributing to the next chapter.
