Q-Training Limited, trading as The Assessment and Skilling Centre (TASC), successfully implemented the Vocational Skills Training and Business Development Support Program for 100 beneficiaries from RAPS 1, 2, 3 and the Feeder Line under the CNOOC Uganda Limited Livelihood Restoration Program.

The program aimed to restore and enhance the livelihoods of Project Affected Persons (PAPs) through practical vocational training, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship development. The training was delivered through accredited institutions—St. Simon Peter Vocational Institute (Hoima) and St. Joseph Vocational Institute (Kikuube)—and through work-based learning structures with master craft practitioners.

All trainees completed their training, underwent UVTAB/DIT assessments, and participated in a one-month internship. Start-up toolkits were distributed to all graduates to support self-employment and business start-up.
